This is a good, well made Laundry bag with wheels. Can easily hold couple of days worth of clothes for a small family and rolled easily on hard surface. The good thing is it can be collapsed easily when not in use to save space and can be stored under a bed or a table. Used it for a week and no issues.

I really wanted this to work. The size was fine to fit in a small closet. It stood up both empty and full. The material was OK and it was easy to assemble. It holds about 2 loads of clothes, so I had no issue with the capacity. But, the main reason I bought it was because it was supposed to roll. It does not roll and was very wobbly. I didn't pull the mesh bag closed and clothes toppled out of it. The mesh bag really just seemed to be a nuisance, but necessary, because the clothes fall out when it is rolled. The handles were very small for my size large women's hands. It was a tight fit for my husband to put his hands in the handles.I do appreciate that the company will refund my order.

Our laundry facilities are just across the parking lot from our apartment, and we thought a rolling hamper would be the best option for taking clothes over to wash.While the piece was easy to put together, I was concerned when I saw the main structure was four rods that were placed into pockets that went down the canvas to sit on the base. How would the rods tolerate the movement when pulled by the handle across to the laundry?Apparently, not very well. Soon, we saw that one of the rods was poking out the bottom of the canvas. Not long after, a second rod had the same thing happen. There was a repair effort made with duct tape, but it didn't last long. After a few more futile attempts at use, it was rolled empty across the parking lot, straight into the trash bin. While it might work better for a house going down a hall rather than across a lot, the rods I think would eventually poke through, ruining any usefulness eventually.

UPDATE: These are not holding up well. I’m taking away all the stars. After just 2 trips to the laundromat in the elevator, the sticks on both baskets started poking through the bottom of the baskets. This renders their structure completely unstable. The two of them are basically garbage now. We are using them to sort laundry but to actually move it to the laundry room we load up ikea bags. Very disappointed.I just moved into a building with a laundry room in it. Thought a rolly hamper would be great. Overall, I LIKE this hamper. It works pretty well.Minus a star for wheels not rolling very smoothly. (TIP: Check that the wheels are not locked) - even then, kind of draggy. Also it is kind of difficult to get folded laundry back into it because it is tall and narrow. It's fine if you do not overfill and do the laundry when it is about a bit more than 2/3rds full but not all the way.Otherwise, it is easy to put together, sturdy, and for us holds about 2 weeks of whites (sheets and towels included)

I just recent purchased my hamper and used it for the first time and bought it because I have a bad back and should not be lifting and when it was laundry day I was always in so much pain... I love this hamper it made things so much easier for me.. If anyone who has back problems or has chronic pain, this is hamper will really help out greatly, Im so glad I got it!!!!

The bars don’t fit all the way in like they show and it tips when you use the handle to pull it

Neat hamper and it did last for about 6-8 months, but it's very flimsy (not as sturdy as it looks in the pictures); it's only held up by 4 (kite-like) plastic poles in sleeves closed with velcro. On mine, the poles made their way thru the fabric (poked thru) and can no longer hold up the sides. So, it's already time for a new one. I'm not a big fan of replacing my laundry baskets every 6-8 months (I can't remember exactly when I bought it, but don't think it's been a full year yet.

I love my hamper and it’s what I wanted. Unfortunately one if the wheels came off and now I’m having trouble with it. Don’t know yet if they sale spare wheels though.
