Of all the plush toys I have encountered over many decades, this particular brand from a small business (Playtime by Eimmie) has to be among the best.These dolls are designed to be used for children ages 0+. They are extremely well designed and constructed. There are soft parts as well as different materials to emphasize the costuming. The toy is sized for small hands and is very soft & cuddly. There are no small parts for a baby to break off and choke on.The designs are not simply stereotypical cultural ones… Instead, the designer expands upon inclusive ideas that are much more common in 2024 than they were even 5 to 10 years ago. In this particular case, the NASCAR racer’s face is covered with a helmet shield. You actually cannot tell if it is male or female or what culture the character comes from. It could be anywhere! (Another toy in this line is a female, NASA astronaut commander).For anyone searching for a gift for a small child, a highly recommend exploring this entire line.

It’s taller like a little man than a little plushie. The sleeves roll up on the limbs so that’s cool too the head is about the size of a fist and the length about a forearm, maybe a little longer. The helmet stays on so there’s nothing to see in there. There’s a new baby in the family so I figured he could wring this out to his hearts content. It is soft but not plush. Has a nice squeeze to it, and no hard pieces.
