Works Great for Boss Katana and GA-FC!
This thing works fantastic with the Boss Katana and GA-FC! I have the expression connected to the amp and the switch connected to a GA-FC. This allows me to assign whatever parameter I want in any given patch to the pedal and the switch will activate or deactivate it (being a volume pedal when the assigned FX is off.) The most basic config is to use it as a normal wah where the toe switch turns it on and off.You could also hook up both jacks to the GA-FC and achieve the same thing, but running the expresison output directly to the amp frees up an expression jack on the GA-FC. This allows me to hook up a tap tempo button to the 2nd jack or a 2nd expression pedal to the GA-FC.I've only just received this and am impressed after one day of use but we'll see how it holds up to long-term usage. I'll come back and update this if it falls short but I honestly don't expect it to.Comes nicely packaged including a perfectly cut velcro hook patch for attaching to your pedalboard (if you use velcro) and an extra non-slip pedal face in case the one already attached ever wears out. Great price, nice solid build - does exactly what I need it to.

Expression and Foot switch
I'm using this with a Fractal Audio Ax8. The auto-on/off feature for expression pedals is pretty bad, so I wanted something that could both toggle an effect and control it, primarily wah but also useful for other things. Setup depends on the device you're using it with. For the AX8 you may need to adjust your external control settings to make the toe switch work correctly; by default it acted as a momentary (only on when held) switch, but with the correct settings it will act as a latching (stays on until pressed again) switch. It's well-constructed and made of what feels like durable material, and it looks nice for whatever that's worth. The toe switch is easy to use and unless you're going crazy you're unlikely to accidentally hit the switch. The rocker feels accurate but that will also depend on the device you're using and how well it is calibrated to that device.I find it works very well for how I'm using it, and it allows me to control the wah models as if it was the real thing.

Expression pedal perfect for my needs
This is actually what I need for an expression pedal with toe switch. Not that heavy compared with other expression pedal with toe switch.

Seemed okay but cannot get any help with it
It worked when I plugged it in the first time but after that I have been unable to get it to connect to the board. it also only wanting to be at full volume when the pedal was halfway down. anything other than that position would mute the guitar. I want to use it but have not been able to get a clear answer from hotone support.

"Either or" Pedal - Beware Line 6/Mooer users
Being fair, it is built like a tank, looks amazing and is super compact, also, the information is there. To avoid you going through it as well:This is either an Expression Pedal or a Latch switch, and unless your Multi-effect or pedals have 2 (two) TRS inputs, you won't be able to use both functions together. I was under the impression the "Expression" input worked to use both, as any other expression pedal with a frinking toe switch does, but no. Worst, it doesn't even is recognize on my Mooer GE 200 and Line 6 products already reported issues with it. Emailed support and commentted in they YT video and nothing. So, sadly this is going back, 'cause it seems Customer Services is none existing.
