Pretty cool gadget 😎
This automatic pet feeder is actually pretty cool. I was able to connect it to my smart life app, where I have all my other devices connected and all of that can be connected to Alexa, if you'd like. The setup was fairly easy for me, I'm glad I didn't base my decision on those reviews that said it was giving them problems connecting. The device comes with a QR code to easily connect it. Image on camera is decent. Obviously not like a top of the line thingy; can't expect that for the price. But for what it actually does, which is what I needed, it's worth every penny. Niggt vision helps. I only need it to feed my doggo remotely on occasion when I won't make it home on time. You can speak to your pets through the app too, but this is a feature I rather not use because it tends to scare/confuse my fluff. I also like that it sends you a notification when feeding was successful. Capacity for food storage is sufficient. It is fairly compact and can be placed nicely in small spaces too. And for those who care: it is a esthetically pleasing for a dog feeder. 10/10 recommend for all fluffy. (Cats, dogs)

Great product!
Delivery was quick and safe. It was super easy to set everything up, and I am so happy with this purchase!My old feeder stopped working after two years of use. I was looking for an upgraded one with cameras so I can check my cat when I am not home. This Owlet Home smart feeder has everything I need and is within my budget. Now I can schedule feeding time and decide the amount of food dispensed each time. The live video and audio are clear and sound. The pre-recorded voice message feature is fun to use. I also like that it allows using batteries as a backup when there is a power outage (it happens in SoCal every summer). So far, everything works just perfectly, and my cat seems to love it too.Tips: Make sure you put the device where it has strong Wi-Fi signal.

Quite Nice
We use these feeders since we are busy most of the day but still love our cats and give them attention when we get home. You can set an automatic feeding schedule, have motion picture alerts, a schedule of the last time they've been fed and much more!The reason this is a 4 star, instead of 5 is because the choice of app. The app "Smartlife" is really buggy, and broken. But somewhat works it's purpose.

Perfectly happy
This product has helped me tremendously! It has provided so much stress relief and entertainment to my life. My only issue is that the motion sensor is too sensitive & is alerting when nothing is there.

Works for a little while
I bought this October of 2023 and within a few weeks to a month the camera quality decreased to almost unusable, but still dispensed food. Contacted Amazon and despite listing saying it is sold by Owlet directly it is apparently sold from PetCo. Had to go through several associates til i finally got a return label sent to me. Due to my own fault I went out of town shortly after and did not complete the return, which was my initial reason for buying as my pet is on prescription food and must be fed at specific times in very specific quantities. Anyway, I did not complete the return and the device still dispensed food so i let it go. About a month or two ago the camera quality kept decreasing. My wifi network went out which required me to re-connect the device. Due to the way the app/device is set up you must scan a QR code to connect it again. As the camera barely works this was impossible, and the device stopped dispensing food due to no network connection. Now it is unusable, and was only working 100% for about 3 weeks. I find this unacceptable for a $100 device.This most recent time i have called twice and was advised I would receive a refund which never came. I now have to wait for a third time for Amazon to contact the seller(which is not clearly listed) and wait for a possible return label. Now I have been directed to the manufacturer directly, whom I wrongly assumed was the one being contacted this whole time. Other family members bought a different brand right around the same time, and theirs is working perfectly even after the ~6 month period.I will say the app works well and the wifi connection is stable as long as nothing goes out.
