SereneDrains Linear and Square Drain Hair Trap Stainless Steel for Shower Floor Drain

Do not purchase; waste of money.This rather expensive hair trap was purchased because it was supposed to be 2" in diameter. It is not. It is 1 3/4" in diameter. The gap that it leaves allows one side to push up against the side of my 2" drain. When it does that, the long bar across the top is insufficient to support it properly. In addition to slipping down into the drain a bit, it leaves a substantial gap through which debris can get into the drain.The "sales picture" on Amazon shows 8 rows of vertical holes, but it only has 6. That cuts the available area for water to drain by 25%.

Works good with the drain, just because the little piece to hold it in place goes across the top though it's hard to get your fingers down in it to grab the built up hair and residue (only thing against it).

My shower has become a pool due to how much this slows down the water going down the drain. This is not once it's full off debris but straight out of the box.

They catch the hair. Gross.

No made from highly polished stainless...overpriced

Side was perfect as per the plumber. Will recommend.

Not true to size. Had to wrap 2 rubberband around it to fit perfect circle.
