it’s kinda of flimsy the letters on the combination are way too small

Great bag. Has everything you would want in a carry on. All the little hooks and extras are so nice. If you travel a lot you will use them. Rolls effortlessly. The white is very pretty.

Edit 04/28/24: After the problem described below, I was forced to repair the suitcase myself so I could retract the handle and get back on the airplane and return home. However, when I got back the seller - RUNAMMA - contacted me and offered to make things right, even though the Amazon return window had already closed. For this reason, outstanding customer service, I am changing this review to 5 stars to credit the seller!Also, to be fair the problem with the suitcase was in the handle button not fully releasing the sliding rail locks. But this probably reflects more upon the state of modern manufacturing, where parts from different suppliers and sub-vendors are assembled in other factories to meet specs of various brands, which are then sold by even different sellers here on Amazon.For example, ironically my wife was also having a similar problem with her suitcase on the same trip, and that bag was a completely different brand and design, even though the handles look to be identical. The QA/QC processes for all of these suppliers and sub-vendors is completely out of the control of the myriad of sellers here on Amazon, and really the only way they can differentiate themselves is by the level of customer service they are willing to offer!So again, for this reason, I am giving credit where credit is due to RUNAMMA. I can definitely recommend them. Not something I would do without a good reason!----------------------------------What a piece. The handle broke at the airport on literally the first trip with it. The cell phone holder clips are also worthless, they simply prevent you from easily sliding a second bag over the handle. Avoid at all costs.I’ve been on Amazon for 25 years now.
