One I plan to keep buying
This is one of the better powdered sugar substitutes I’ve tried. I’ve finished my current bag and plan on repurchasing it. When I was on a cut, I used it almost every night in blended cottage cheese desserts to give them more of a cheesecake-like sweetness. I’ve also used it to make lower-calorie icing and have had great results. I like that you can substitute the same amount for regular powdered sugar, so there’s no need to figure out different measurements when using it in recipes. It dissolves pretty well, and it doesn’t have nearly as much of the weird aftertaste that I’ve noticed with some other sugar substitutes. I’ve tried several alternatives, and this is one I plan to keep buying. I already have more recipes I’m excited to try it with.

Awesome for homemade ice cream!
I love ice cream but as a diabetic it is hard to find decent tasting diabetic friendly ice cream that is affordable. I recently acquired an ice cream maker to attempt to make my own sugar free ice cream. I keep seeing this sweetner mentioned on several recipe sites so decided to give it a try. I made a batch of vanilla and a batch of chocolate today and let me tell you this sweetner rocks! I did not miss sugar at all and I detected no overtaste. This will be my go to sweetner going forward and now that I know how good it tastes in homemade ice cream I look forward to trying it in other receipes!

It does the job.
I purchased this trying to find a healthier alternative for my baked goods. I like that you can replace this in any recipe with a 1:1 ratio and for all intents and purposes it works great. But at the end of the day, it is not the real deal and I find it that there’s an aftertaste to it. If you need to keep your blood sugar in check then this is a great alternative.

Excellent Powdered Sugar Alternative
I love this product. I’ve wanted sugar free powdered sugar for a long time. There are some recipes…especially for my favorite cookies…where it’s irreplaceable. Also, I have Diabetes Type 2 and the sweetener used is one that does not raise my blood sugar…it’s an individual thing. I am so pleased to have found this product.
