The unit came in a timely manner-it was well packaged. It worked good. I ended up sending it back because I did not like how my laptop sat on the lowest setting.

Great price and what I was looking for

I love all the features of this laptop cooling fan. It's quieter than my old pad and I really like the ability to have the desire raised slant; it helps with neck fatigue. Would highly recommend.

Provides Zero cooling function for laptop computers. Minimum air flow and what little airflow that exists, has no seal and or method to direct air into laptop intake. Would make a decent window ornament in the spring or fall with the LED lights. Also has no independent power supply. The product may look cool but it is not a laptop cooler. An iPhone in a phone case does not fit in the provided ”Phone holder.” “Phone holder” was a half after thought, half bad idea.
