Risotto mio
I was pleased with this risotto, it cooks easily and well, without sticking.Mushroom risotto is a speciality of mine, I was chef taught by a chap who cooked for royalty, and I will happily eat this when I dont feel up to cooking, it is really tasty, with a great mushroom flavour. I recently gave it to a guest.I will be a regular customer. you add water, you boil, give it a stir, 12 minutes. Very pleased.
