Delicious!
I have not tried any other chai teas, so I feel a bit biased here. But I enjoy this flavor! It's really smooth to me and I have to hold myself back from drinking a lot because it seems to disappear super fast, even though I'm the only one who drinks it in my house. One minute the container is full, and then I blink and it's almost empty! I will eventually try other chai teas, and I'm not an expert. I will say that I agree with another review that was on here. To avoid it being bitter, take 1 1/2 cups and boil it with the tea in there (I have tea infusers) for 3 minutes I believe, take the tea out, then put 1/3 cup of milk (I do 1/2 cup at times) then let that boil for 2 minutes and drink it! I have boiled it with the tea, then put cold milk in so I can drink it faster, but I've also steeped it and it is a bit more bitter but I still enjoy it.

They changed the type of tea leaves and fewer spices. It’s just not as good as it used to be.
I’ve been drinking this tea with a shot of espresso nearly every day for at least five years. I love (loved) it but in my last order, they’ve changed the kind of tea used and it is just not as good. They used to use a type of black tea called ‘cut and curl’ which looked like tiny balls of curled tea leaves. When boiled, the leaves would uncurl. The flavor was strong and rich. In my latest package, there was just plain black tea - cut and curl was gone. Also, there are noticeably fewer spices. Really, really, really disappointed in you, Tao of Tea.

My favorite chai!
Lots of nice sized pieces of herbs/spices, hardly any dust when using a mesh tea ball. I boil for two minutes, strain, and add sugar and milk. Perfection, in my opinion. I drink chai almost every day and this bag last me almost 2 months! Definitely recommend ans will continue purchasing.

Good
Not the best Earl grey I've ever had but for the price is great!! Definitely have to use more than what it calls for but still tasty!

Heavy on the black tea, light on the spices imo
The tea looks, smells, and tastes very fresh and very high quality. The storage bag is exceptionally user-friendly compared to those provided by other companies. It smells rich in masala chai spices. To my tastebuds, the proportion of the spices needs to be much greater relative to the black tea. Maybe some other people like it with those proportions. It's called chai, not masala chai, so maybe the producer doesn't intend it to be as spicy. I'll add my own spices to max out the spice level.
