I bought this to support my right shoulder and arm. I broke my shoulder in January and haven't been able to sleep flat on a regular mattress. Saw a larger version of this and thought that it might work but I didn't want another 'body' in my bed. Saw this one and thought it might be just what I needed. And I was right!I use it when I sleep on my left side so my right shoulder doesn't drop behind me, and I use it when I sleep on my back so my right arm and shoulder are supported. It is everything I needed and helps me sleep so soundly.The support is perfect. It's not firm like a foam mattress; it definitely has some give to it but retains its shape. I haven't had to worry about washing it yet, but I have spot cleaned it (we have a Great Dane in the household who likes to drool) and it cleans up very well. The material is soft enough for me, but I can see where someone may find it a bit scratchy.I was concerned I'd get too hot with using it all around me (I'm in menopause) but that's also not a problem at all. I put that on the material and also the little indent for the ear. Between those two I seem to have good air flow.If you're looking for something that gives you a bit of support for your upper body (not for a stomach as in a pregnant woman) this may be exactly what you're looking for. I received it extremely quickly, and it came totally rolled up and shrink-wrapped. Unwrapped it, and it bounced into shape right off without any chemical smell. Used it that night and since then every night.YAY!!

I have been dealing with neck pain a lot off and on for 20+ years. Had surgery 2 years ago and still have a lot of pain. 3 months ago I woke up in severe pain and nothing was helping, I have pain meds, muscle relaxers and nerve pain meds but that didn’t stop it. A friend told me about this pillow so I decided to try it, even tho I had already bought 4 different pillows in last 3 months. The first night I had this pillow I slept 9 hours undisturbed. First time that had happened in years. I have had this pillow a week now and I love it so much I could marry it lol.

I have had two neck surgeries, so finding a pillow that is comfortable and offers enough support is important. I’ve bought dozens of different pillows over the years with no success. I took a chance on this one because I’ve always been a side sleeper and the design was interesting.I think this pillow has the potential to be the one of the best side sleepers on the market if three things were changed.- Definitely needs more stuffing, there’s just not enough. No support in the neck area, as soon as I laid down it was cloth touching cloth with no stuffing in between. I happen to have some stuffing, so I’ll be adding some to mine to correct.- I wish it was just a little bit bigger all the way around. The short side feels awkward, needs to be a bit longer.- An extra pillowcase, or an option to buy one would be fantastic!

Purchased for my mom, she didn't like it so now I have it. I like it since I'm a side sleeper and have issues with hips. This is a for me a life saver

Not impressed with this at all head felt weird all night and kept waking up. I was hoping to have shoulder relief but it went flat easily.

This odd shaped pillow actually really does work to support the neck and head, if you use it as they illustrate. The material is not the softest, but it is crisp, and the pillow holds its shape, seems durable, and is easy to clean. The "ear hole" doesn't work for me at all, but I will note that it is the same design as most pillows that purport to accommodate ears. Must be some really tiny ears out there, because mine sure don't fit and the material in the ear hole kinds of wads up and isn't particularly comfortable. However, what does work for my ears is scooting the pillow up a bit so that the curve clears the ear. I didn't realize how much support to the head and neck would relieve pressure on the ear. It also seems to help reduce numbness in my arms and shoulders. Because of these unanticipated but welcome benefits, I highly recommend.Update: Where was this pillow all my life? The long side keeps my back nice and cozy warm and supported, and the shorter side is still long enough to cuddle up. It also softened up after one night to just right. My DH prefers the previous smaller version of this same pillow, but he's nuts, this one is wonderful.

Edit: seams fell apart soon after. I filled the case with my own fill, bought a custom cover off Etsy and made myself a Franken-Pillow, which works well. A great idea, but the workmanship here is subpar.I’ve had this pillow for a week now. This is not a looker. It will never look nice on the bed. The cover is s bit scratchy (not the percale I’m used to), and I wish it came in other colors. I found the fill to be both lumpy and not quite enough. A zipper to make it adjustable would be a great upgrade. The ear hole looks silly, and doesn’t actually align with my ear.BUT. I have slept through the night, every night, without having to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust, move, flip, or swap the pillow out. And I wake without neck pain. The inner curve cradles my shoulder perfectly. The “ear hole” actually makes a nice divot for my head to rest, while my neck is supported. The long side provides great support for my back (and a hug), and the short side is perfect for my arms to wrap around. This is a keeper.

This is a great smaller alternative to a full c or u pillow. I had one and it was great but it took up a lot of room and was difficult to put in the case. I think I want to try and stuff it more, it’s a little flat, but not awful. It’s very comfortable for side sleeping and changes sides easily, something that was very annoying with a large c pillow.
