These Castor Oil Pack Wraps for Knees are pretty large, probably too large for a regular size person, but for a person with large knees these can get REALLY tight. Fortunately, the Velcro is very strong on them. I ended up securing the top part with an extra self adhesive bandage. The pads themselves are well made. The cotton lining is soft and holds the castor oil well, I used them overnight and there was no leaking. I will need to continue to monitor and see how the pads will hold up after multiple uses.

Soft and comfortable
This wrap is soft on skin and you can adjust it also. This is non slippery so easy to tie it on the knee. Highly recommend it.

Ankle wraps way too small and weird fit
The ankle wraps are not great. I have small ankles and these are still too small. Weird hit around your heel too. I don’t recommend these.

Item is a nice size but does not stretch to go around your head if you have a lot of hair.
