These are a good basic vitamin D supplement that many of us are taking to follow the advice of the NHS or because our doctor has specifically advised, as in my case.They are easy to swallow, small and don't have an unpleasant taste. Generally I prefer capsules for absorbency but these seem to do the trick.I would be careful that the use by date on the pack I received would only just take you to the end of the packet (10 months) so if this is standard then don't buy them too far in advance of finishing your existing bottle of supplements.I think this is a standard price and very useful to have them come through the door rather than have to be in to receive delivery.

Love the packaging for these as it is not a plastic bottle which makes a change. They are from a British company which is good to know and are compact enough to go through your letter box if you order them on a regular basis. The pills themselves are small, so easy to swallow and with 300 tablets you have almost 10 months’ worth which makes these great value. As to efficacy I cannot comment as I have been using vitamin D for years and never felt any different, so this I feel is more to stop things going wrong rather than feeling a change in your system.

These are small tablets so are they very easy to swallow. Taken one a day and super strength, there is over six months supply. The tablets come flat packed in a resealable coated paper bag. This is environmentally friendly but not really practical. 400 is a lot of tablets, that a year or twos worth, depending how often you take one.The tablet is stated to be 1000ui, so it should be fine to take 2 a day if you feel the need, but I am going with 1 every other day.The tablets are small, white and round and go down fine, and easier with a glass of something.So far no ill effects, so with that in mind I will just have to assume that they doing what they should
