My 2nd day wearing it. I love the fact that it is long enough to where it does not roll up! So that is a plus for me. Also it does work and make you sweat. The only reason I took 2’stars away is because the arm area it does dig into my armpits and it is very uncomfortable. Under my right arm it is hurting so I really don’t like that. I took it off as soon as I got home from work. (I work in a warehouse constantly moving big things and sweating) it left red marks

Great quality, it really does make you look slimmer. One tip I would really like to share is I normally wear a medium/large so I ordered a 2XL it was really difficult get in and out of it. I think if I ordered another one I would go up a another size or 2

This is so much better than a regular corset or waist trainer, Simply because it has straps and doesn't need to be fastened shut. It doesn't ride down or have any wires that poke you. Not to mention it doesn't create that awful back fat bulge like a corset does. I started sweating almost immediately! You don't notice you are sweating until you lift it up or take it off which is great. I use mine while I workout or around the house when doing chores. Would definitely recommend

I got the smallest size and it's still pretty loose on me. I sweat a little extra but nothing drastic and I only notice a difference after I remove it for about 5 minutes. For the price I guess it isn't the worst thing.

good quality. wash 1st before use b/c it smells a little. makes my posture a little better. If it were thinner, I'll wear it every day under work clothes.

As some of the reviews have previously indicated, the straps tend to rub against your armpit after some time. Aside from that, I'm very happy with the product. I am on average a size L; reading the reviews I understood it may run a bit small, but still decided to get the Large instead of an XL. It is a bit snug, but I prefer it this way.

The fit is tight so might want to order a larger size than normal. This product does what it says it will. You will sweat, and hide some extra pounds.

I have to wear a T-shirt underneath so that the straps don’t irritate the armpit area. Very uncomfortable while running without the shirt underneath. It does help make me sweat a lot more.
