By far the best onion I have ever purchased. I peeled and sliced it to add to my homemade carrot and cilantro soup. The onion held its own against the other ingredients; it outdid the garlic and gave the cilantro a run for its money. Sadly, the onion is now gone. Devoured in the soup. I doubt I will ever find an onion of the same caliber ever again. But it won't stop me from trying.
