ThunderpoleT-800 CB Radio

Easily installed and very good quality. I spoke with someone almost 35 miles away an it was like they were sitting next to me. Simple, inexpensive but very effective CB radio. Why go super expensive when you can have the same, or maybe even better, quality at this price. Absolutely delighted with it. Excellent customer support too if you need it. Highly recommended. My best purchase on Amazon. EVER!

I know these cb radios are good as any you can buy but unfortunately this one i received did not work..i could talk to them but i could not hear any replies so had to return..update on this cb radio..i since found out this radio is 12v and not 24v which i thought it was so was my fault it did not work..i never read the details of it so automatically thought it was 24v like the one i was replacing it with and i blew it up by putting 24v through it...so i would like to put the record straight on the cb and say these are fantastic cb radios and in normal circumstances do work superb..hope this helps for future sales of this item.

I say I am waiting to see if this works, it does turn on and off and I can flip through the channels ect but I bought this along with the antenna which the manufacturer says it should all work straight from the box, but so far I have only heard a very short bit of chat from someone but otherwise nothing and I have been driving around with it on channel 19, so until I can find someone to have a chat too I do not know if this is tuned in correctly, but it was easy enough to install and very easy to use, I like the look of it, it's quite compact, so for the price I'm happy it's something I will probably not use much if at all as I have it for when I go green Laneing and should I go in a group be able to chat car to car

Easy to set up and start using but after a few tests I discovered the radio was only pushing out 2watts of power. I've bought two of these and both seem to be under powered and way under the legal limit. This may now require me to buy a linear amplifier in order to get the power up. Extra cost ..

This unit I’ve had before,it’s fantastic,also handy if you speak another language,flick the switch and you have eu,good price too,recommend this product

very good and easy to use

I have more expensive all in rigs , ssb etc and this performs well , I also have the t600 and 2000 . Recently took the t600 out of my car and put this back in . Although no scan function it does perform well and easy to flick between am and fm .... Trust me AM can get lively with the states in the right conditions.....always worth a listen
