These are meant for summer use for exceptional ventilation. I ordered size-XL, and it just fits with a t-shirt underneath. I am 5' 11" tall and weight 220 pounds. The closure on the front is Velcro and the 2-inch-wide reflective strips are up to code for safety rules. These are such a value that I would consider them to be nearly disposable. Light weight and affordable.
