The pen that was delivered stopped working after 4 weeks in which time I was not eligible for a refund.I spent £24.99 on a pen that lasted a month!!30 day refund policy should be extended in cases where the product is faulty.I tried to change the nib and that wouldn't come out. I have a bag of replacement nibs and no pen to put it in.

Bought as a replacement for my lost remarkable pen. It works but you have to hold the pen at a certain angle else the letters you write all merge together. Magnet is also quite weak. Nowhere near as good as the original pen I lost.
