Good product, shame about the instructions
The Lung Trainer is designed to enhnace your lung capacity by providing resistance during breathing exercises. This one has an adjustable valve so you can increase or decrease the amount of resistance based on your personal need. It's a simple device to use.The instructions however are awful."Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth, engrave the word top of the bottom of the mouthpiece, bite it upward on the inside of themouthpice, and fix it in place"Given there is no "top" engraved on the mouthpiece (as it's made of rubber), then it's very much a work it out for yourself.It also states that smokers should not use, and you should consult your doctor before using for your specific condition.The product seems to be well made, but the instructions need to be checked by an English speaker as they don't really make any sense.
