I have worn this for a while now and I do feel a difference. You can adjust the tightness to the size of your back. And the tighter I put it I feel like it doesn’t even give my back a chance to hunch it self ! Which is great. I have a habit of my back curling from when I have been breastfeeding. And it hurting a lot. But since wearing this posture corrector I do feel the difference. Thanks so much

My husband and I both had posture correctors but they've disappeared, so I was happy to order this one to try. My husband has been suffering from backache recently so this was worth trying to see if we could reduce his pain.The black rubber panel goes between your shoulderblades - on me, as I have rounded shoulders / back, this is quite noticeable. On my husband it's not really noticeable unless it's under a thin shirt. They could do with making these in a more neutral design to be honest!The straps are adjustable le, although it's not easy to adjust them yourself- I had to do them.
