These traps work great. And they are easier to use than the more popular brand

While they do work fairly well, I refuse to pay that kind of money for them. Will look for a cheaper way.

Ok, I wouldn't have believed it, but by the time I finished setting out the six traps, they had captured seven closet moths!!! Three days ago, I had cleared out our bedroom closet to make it easier for the professional who was coming to clean the carpet -- and I found closet moths. Did a ton of reading online and found this product, which had really good reviews. I opened the package and set all six up right away. While I was trying to figure out where to set them (since the clothes from the closet were hanging from all the upstairs doorways) moths began to appear and flutter around. The first one I set up was near our headboard and to my delight and horror, it caught five moths within a few minutes. I washed all of the bedding in hot water just yesterday and did my best to kill every moth I could find, but our pillowcases are linen, plus I have a silk pillowcase, which experts say are exactly what moths like to eat). I just ordered three more packages -- one for my nephew who is moving to a new apartment this weekend, and two to use after this infestation is gone. It seems like a good idea to let this product tell us if we ever get more moths again.

I have wool rugs and a collection of cashmere and wool sweaters. Judging by the plethora of various tiny insects I have found in the trap in my living room, these are highly effective even for more than just moths. I haven't caught anything new in months, but will continue to have these placed around my house and in my closet.

I’m not sure how this product has such a high rating - does not work for me. I’ve had these out several weeks and each trap only has 2-3 moths. But yet- the moths continue to fly around in my closet and other places. They sit right near the traps. I’ve moved the traps around after a few days and that doesn’t help. I was hoping these would work since they are non toxic and had such good ratings.They are easy to put together.

A couple of years ago, we had a problem with clothes moths. I found holes in a couple of wool sweaters and started seeing their casings on walls and ceilings. We mitigated the damage by vacuuming and removing casings when we found them; laundering/dry cleaning clothing they were attracted to and storing sweaters in sealed bags; and killing whatever adult moths we found. My heart would drop every time I saw a little moth fluttering around! I researched and decided to add these traps around the house. I started finding moth carcasses stuck in the traps within days, if not sooner. I replaced the traps ever couple of months and always found a least one or two dead moths stuck inside.I had not seen casings or a live moth in over a year but I THINK I saw a moth recently so I ordered fresh traps and set them out. Better safe than sorry! The traps are easy to assemble and give me peace of mind. I will keep using them preventively because these little moths can cause a lot of damage!

Have used this brand clothing moth trap in the past and they have worked reliably. Not this time. Put out all the traps in the package in various rooms and no moths trapped. Bought different brand on Amazon and they worked. Perhaps this was a bad batch??
