Terrible assembly instructions.
I have probably ordered over a 1,000 products from Amazon and this is the first review I am writing. The product is well made with plastic but the assembly instructions is terrible, including their QR code and the YouTube videos. I am a mechanic and have all the tools but I had to improvise even after watching the videos. The videos does not tell you what you need to do with the metal rods when you screw them, it should have included caster wheels, and when I went to Amazon to buy their caster wheels it does not come up. It probably cost them less than 10 dollars whole sale or if they manufacture themselves it would probably cost less than $5 dollars. I understand the cost of including extra items to the product but if i spent close to $400 on two tier cage, I believe they should have included it. I do have to say it’s a good product but it lakes things that will customers will be satisfied. KP

Different tools should be suggested
It's easier to use channel locks t I squeeze the pieces together than a hammer.. the watering system likes to leak and taking apart to drain or clean is frustrating . The piping system can not handle cold water..

Excellent customer service product exactly as advertised
I'm very happy with the quality of this product andthe ease of assembly all the parts and pieces came in the delivery I called customer service with a few questions and they did an amazing job explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions I highly recommend this product and this company.

All I can say is nice design.
The design is great but the manufacturing is less than 1 star. Sad because if they would do some quality control they could blow out the market. The issues I had are 1) the holes are not drilled out completely so the pegs would not go in for a tight fit. 2) Pegs had plastic from manufacturing that should have been cleaned off. 3) Some plastic was warped. I hope this will correct itself. I will not buy again but if you do make sure you have a rubber mallet.

I love the idea of it
I love the cage BUT the water system doesn’t work all the time.. I have to fill their tiny waters by hand 3 times a day now bc the system doesn’t work well specially for the cost of it. Also my best friend got same one and same issue.
