The battery life is great, its very fast, it suppose to have 3 modes 15, 25, and 35km which is the maximum peak mine only has two modes 15 and 25 however all scooters are set at manufacturer speed limit to 25 for safety ect.. but, you can take off the speed limiter to get the full max speed peak but, I think 25 is just as good just to cruise and it gets you to A and B, the Amazon service are great too they respond to your questions thoroughly and quickly they resolved a speed limit issue for me. The wheels are not tyred pressured they are solid honeycomb which are better anyway. It takes around 4 to 5 hours for fully charge.I would highly recommend this scooter though and for the price it is great. I've had no problem with it as of yet and ive had it since for two weeks now been everywhere on it, i would definitely buy again. I love the style of the scooter also.

Do not turn it on while charging!Well, you can't...That was not mentioned in the instructions.The 500W seems to be a sweet spot for us. If you are carrying a heavy backpack or you are heavy, it will take you up the hill.The range is as stated in the description. On level surface, of course...I got 17 miles per hour out of it but you need good roads at that speed.The brakes work well. The electronic breaks are great. They are soft and not for slowing down going down hill but they work.The suspension works well and having no tyres with air in them is also very safe!Portable design. I will take it with me tomorrow, very versatile. Requires little to no maintenance. So far nothing fell off or got loose.I don't use it everyday. When I need it , I just push the button and off I go. You can leave it for days on end just in the corner and pick it up when you need it.Do not leave it on the charger overnight! Keep on eye on it for safety reasons as per instructions in the manual.It never let me down.

They have amazing costumer service but a bit slow.Just seller advise , be careful when you send this item because this scooter because is not cheep , send with a signature or PIN code to release item from delivery driver

I have had my scooter 6 months and the suspension has broken at the back i could not find any were to contact the seller so i am now left with a broken scooter

The media could not be loaded.  If it’s a mid-range for work tor adults this is perfect. Leave it chained in all weather, it won’t affect it in the slightest. You can clean it as well by throwing a bucket of water around it if it’s went off road into say your camping trip, goes through water, puddles, it’s an adults toy. Not for children I might add. As I was the first to have it in NI and others hadn’t seen this type neighbour's instantly wanted to try it… they all agreed after using this, they’d rather stick to theirs for safety. Remember folks, safety first, helmet if on roads, remember to lock it using a B&M bike chain through the front wheel. It takes no time to charge and range is roughly 27 miles. Go for it. I paid much more for this when I purchased it on 20 Nov 22. Still as good as the day I purchased it and believe me when I say everyone approached me about it. If you’re needing one for work and you’ve a work car park but no assigned space this is awesome. It gets you there faster without waiting in lanes of traffic. Remember your gloves though. Especially in winter. A seater can be purchased to attach it and additional spare parts but the battery needs nothing. It’s perfect, doesn’t depreciate! Enjoy

This is a really nice sturdy feeling scooter that my son loves riding around on. It's fast, easy to maintain, and quick to charge so does everything you need. The hills don't seem to stop it or slow it down for my son at all. The only issue I had was the brake lever sensor and after a quick email they sent through a new one to fit straight away no questions asked so not an issue.

I scooter 6 x miles on sports mode and just drains under halfway mark. Liked the f & r suspensions. hard tyres are great so no puncturing. lighting is bright. braking sharp and regenerative breaking just like a hybrid car. very easy to set up and use. can callapse and be carried. still going 6 months later
