Our incubator’s humidity did not work. I called and they sent a new incubator within a week and it works perfectly. Quick, friendly service!

It is very cumbersome. Impossible to regulate the humidity. Unable to see through the top so you have to take the top off to see what’s going on. Then when you do that it sets off an ear piercing alarm because the temperature drops 1 or 2 degrees. I bought this as I thought it would be big enough for goose eggs. Waste of time and money. Does maintain a constant temperature however.

I have just hatched my second group of eggs.It does what it’s supposed to do!Not many directions but it’s pretty self explanatory. Really enjoyed the tips and hatching directions though.Really wish there was an inside light we could turn on to see inside when hatching was going on.

This incubator is very easy to set up and clean. The only issues I have experienced is the humidity stay high with the vent open. I haven't finished my first hatch yet so we will see the hatch rate.

There is no humidity control, water bottle drains completely within 5 minutes. Had to remove bottle and the water feeder. Using a small dropper to add water directly into the hose. Temperature fluctuates too much, too often!!!!

This was my first time incubating eggs so I wasn’t exactly sure how to go about it. I ordered this one based on the reviews that were listed and not only did it arrive on time, the company that makes it sent me a link to a video on how to work it prior to me receiving it. It was carefully packed and came with 2 booklets outlining all the steps and temperatures to be successful. It was super easy to set up as there are really not that many parts but you do need to be careful with the top as it is very delicate because that is where all the electronics and temperature sensors are located. Keep the box it was shipped in for you to store it in when not in use to keep it safe from damage. First time using it and 18 days later my first chick has hatched. The clear plastic on the sides of the incubator make it easy to see the eggs progress inside so you do not have to open it to check on them. I had to monitor the humidity to make sure it didn’t get to high as I live in a high humidity area and had to use one of the dividers to slide between the top and the bottom of the case to vent it because the little side vent wasn’t enough to keep the humidity down. There is a beeper that will alert you if the heat or the humidity gets too low. I would highly recommend this product based on this experience.

The incubator worked great except that it will not hold 24 chicken eggs. It will only hold about 16. Holding 24 eggs is to tight for the eggs to turn. Other than that it was great!

Had to use a separate thermometer and hydrometer inside since the external temperature is not even remotely close to accurate. To add to that, the internal temperature consistently fluctuates while tightly closed. Unless you want to sit by the incubator day in and out, save your money and go get a Brinsea or other well known manufacturer. Hard lesson learned and several eggs lost putting me out even more so financially.
