It works and good value for the price

I'm not sure whether it was the toy or this that had such a good effect, but I love the warning sensation this gives and it only takes a very small amount. It's worth the money and the delivery was on the next day.

initially it feels slightly warm and does appear to increase sensation slightly. It's not unpleasant just a bit odd. HOWEVER, after a couple of minutes, all sensation totally disappears and leaves you feeling slightly numbed. It actually ruins the experience totally. After using it once, it has gone in the bin which is where it belongs. I would not buy this again and would warn anyone not to bother trying it. You might as well coat your genitals in muscle rub because that's exactly what I imagine it would feel like (although i wouldn't recommend that you actually did that). In short, I would avoid this at all costs because in my opinion it's a total waste of good money and will kill any sexual activity stone dead.
