I purchased this item not knowing how well it would work. It works great and is very versatile with many uses. Highly recommend it.

Very accurate use it at work daily, easy to read even with bad eyes

Works very well except based on comparisons with other probes I believe the probe is probably a few degrees off. Otherwise a solid product.

Checking the temperature of my forehead… 93.6 degrees F. That is not bad. It is the measure of the surface temperature of my skin. Internal temperature is a more accurate measure. It does include a probe to test internal temperature but I didn’t try. I might try it on a steak, for example.I understand from other reviews that there is some understandable compromise in absolute temperature resolution and temperature range. This product seems to favor range of temperature rather than absolute temperature. I think that those who would expect 98.6 degree F from skin temperature would not properly diagnose internal temperature. It is acceptable to me. I would trust it with a steak and many other applications.

The reader was great. Easy to understand and use. Only assembly was to insert two AAA batteries. Great investment!!!

You'll have to read the instruction manual to decipher the esoteric hieroglyphs on this thing. Plus the inferred temp was way off. Being that this was more expensive than most, would not recommend.

The device is totally inaccurate! It’s very cheap. Save your money and time and buy a fluke if you want accuracy in your testing. It’s going back!!

Niet heel accuraat. Als je hem op bv de kamerthermostaat richt geeft hij 24 ipv 20 graden aan, maar voor mij verder goed genoeg
