Christian Basics Bible NLT (Softcover)

I probably have like 12 bibles I bought this one in paperback so I can carry it to work with me but I find myself using it at home too. It’s got a lot of information especially at the beginning of each book. I feel this bible has enough information without being overwhelming. I’m glad I got this bible.

I am enjoying the Christian Basics Bible NLT. There are so many good features about this bible and the information provided throughout this bible is so helpful in understanding things about the Christian Faith. The print size of the font is good, the print color is dark enough to read with no problem and the blue background on the articles featured is great. It's good for people who have visual problems. I am learning so much from the topics on the bottom of pages throughout this bible; , the glossary with definitions and the basic truth topics in the back of this bible. Thumbs up to this NLT bible - I LIKE it and would highly recommend it to students of the word. Enjoy!!!

This is a most excellent study Bible for young and old alike!! If you keep recommitting every year to read the entire Bible and start strong and then kinda fade. Get this Bible, it has a 4 week and a 6 month reading plan, anybody can do something for only 30 days (right) once you get that victory and a much deeper understanding of the word of God, you will want to jump right into the next level 6 month reading plan!! This study Bible is layed out so intuitively and full of so much excellent information without going to one extreme or the other, it makes studying God's Holy Scripture the absolute joy you always knew it would be. It is also a very beautiful well made Bible that will last you your lifetime. Please don't hesitate to get this study Bible and grow closer to God as you renew your mind daily and He transforms you more and more into the image of His only begotten son Jesus!!

I bought this for my mamaw, not sure if she loved it but my husband and I sure do. We love this version and the Bible is very good quality

This Bible is so far so good as a woman trying to get to know Christ more and become a better person this Bible makes it easy for millennials like me to understand it and it even has like a chapter summary and asks you questions it’s good I look forward to reading it more makes a good present I got for my mom last month for CHRISTmas

Really helpful when reading the bible for the 1st time. Although I appreciated it, I feel like the comments are too much, makes the bible bigger than it has to be. A lot of it I skipped and just went for the scripture. Howver, a lot of the side comment was helpful, so I cannot take a star off. Read in 2 months! Now ordering another easy to read version to compare!

This bible is exactly as described and I can’t wait to dive in !! My only critique would be that the cover box, the cover slip, and the Bible came a little dented in some areas—but it’s no big deal, since that could’ve been Fed Ex or the mailman’s fault (picture of dents).This product is exactly like the pictures given by the product maker, so no need to add pictures of the actual bible.

I’ve recently returned to the faith and bought this book as a refresher. It’s an excellent read, I would venture to say no matter where you are on the Christian road the commentary, explanations, and historical references will offer some new insight into the bible and the principles of the Christian faith. Highly recommended.

I ordered this for a friend who came to faith recently. It's really well laid-out: the notes are clear, well-placed, and easily distinguished from the Biblical text by a blue background. The notes are pitched well in terms of complexity/simplicity too.I bought the hardcover edition, which comes with dust jacket and slip case to keep it in good condition.
