Peterkin UK Ltd Metal Wheelbarrow

My little grandson was thrilled to receive this wheelbarrow for his third birthday. It was well-packaged and easy to assemble - a screwdriver and pliers being the only tools needed. It is a perfect size for a three-year-old with plenty of "growing room" to come. It is sturdy, but light, with good grips - great for helping on the garden or collecting specimens on a nature walk.

This is an excellent wheelbarrow, simply scaled down from an adult version. It is extremely strong and tough (and takes far, far too many decorative bits of rockery! -- Put that back right NOW!), and just the right height for infants. You will need some allen keys to assemble it. Just what a small gardener needs.And I must also complement amazon on their excellent service when it turned out that one bolt was missing. A new wheelbarrow was winging its way within hours...

Straightforward to assemble with good instructions, once one had worked out the importance of using the different length screws in the right places. Appears robust with a very strong-looking wheel with sold bolt and sleeve for smooth wheeling. Much better value than similarly-priced wheelbarrow bought at same time. Will have to wait before we rate its educational value.

I bought this for my 1yr old (nearly 2). He loves it as does my 5yr old. It is very sturdy and is a good size, not too small, for helping out in the garden/playing. I don't think my 5yr will get more than a year out of it due to it's size but both boys are having great fun with it at the moment. It seems sturdy enough to cope with both boys!

I bought this for my grandson, so that he could help his Granda in the garden. It's definitely worth buying. Transporting toys and plants around the garden although his wee sister is too heavy!!! So he kept it away from her. Very well. Made and will endure years of fun.
