Finally I can make sandwiches from my homemade bread recipes. I use my bread machine to make the dough then simply place the dough in the greased Pullman loaf pan. I have been making sour dough for a long time and have to extremely adjust the rising time when using processed yeast!! So easy, economical and delicious with no preservatives!

The pan works great, just as they said it would. It makes a perfect loaf of bread just right for slicing. Makes a great loaf of sandwich bread.

This bread pan has been a great new experience for me! As a newer baker, Japanese milk bread (which is what this type of pan is typically for) is very above my level, but even just my basic wheat and white loaves have improved a lot with this pan! The pan is a great nonstick and cleans very easily. The lid slides on and off easily, and has a curled lip that also acts as a bit of a handle when pulling the pan in/out of the oven. When you bake with the lid on, it traps the steam in and creates a beautiful crust without burning, while the inside stays wonderfully moist. I was too embarrassed to show my loaves but between this and a normal open-top bread pan, this one created a much more beautiful and tall loaf than the alternative.In the advertisement, a milk bread loaf is shown with some beautiful tall arches. If you actually use this pan with the lid as designed, I have no idea how you'd create those tall peaks so keep that in mind! It can be used with or without the lid of course. I really like this pan and I feel like it improves my bread no matter what the recipe! Very happy with it!

I've been trying to learn how to make bread and this is the perfect starter pan. I'm very new to baking bread but I love this pan. I've made pumpkin bread and lentil bread and it bakes so well. This pan is a bit smaller then I expected but the perfect size since it's just my partner and I. The bread just slides right out after I let it cool. I eventually want to get another one of these pans so I can make multiple at once.

Makes perfectly shaped bread loaves and no sticking. Bread baked evenly and was a dream to cut evenly since it was so perfect!
