My phone was only working on speaker but the earpiece is now fixed! Easy to install everything is included. You may see videos of people heating their phones to soften the adhesive. I set the flashlight and the screen brightness to hi, and let youtube play for a few min. That combo worked very well. No hairdryer needed.

I highly suggest watching YouTube videos before and during the replacement to ensure you get this right. It was very easy with good, visual instruction.I feel that the speaker slightly helped my problem. Before, I could barely hear a caller with the earpiece speaker, and if there were any other background noises, not at all.After installing the new speaker, I can hear perfectly without any noise in the background, but it is still a struggle if I am outside or in a crowded-ish place.Considering the alternative is to spend hundreds on a replacement, this is perfectly acceptable.
