Great NA Campari substitute
Tastes better than Campari, really. Makes a fantastic spritz.

Bark bitters
You can’t drink this alone unless you enjoy the taste of wood and grapefruit peels. Even when I attempted to make the suggested cocktails, I couldn’t even take more than 2 sips. I do not recommend. It is an acquired taste for sure.

Not for everyone
I like this alternative to booze but I get the flavor maybe a turn off for an others. It’s better as an ingredient in a mix. I like the grapefruit flavor of it.

Darn - can’t taste. Cap seal must have broken and liquid leaked.
I saw reviews for this product that sounded very good and I really wanted to try it and compare it to two other nonalcoholic aperativos but when this one arrived, liquid had leaked up into the cap seal and the liquid inside was foamy.Looks like it has happened to at least one other customer, and I’m happy that Customer Service is also refunding my money. But it looks like the manufacturer should check into the integrity and safety of that particular cap before continuing to ship this item.I can’t rate the item because I couldn’t taste it, but I gave it a three because at least I’m getting my money back.

Absolutely disgusting
My gf loves gin and she spat this out immediately. I hate gin and I spat this out immediately. I would not drink this again for $100. I tried to send back the full bottle and Amazon won’t let me.For those curious what it tastes like, it’s basically 3 things: overly sweetened grapefruit juice, a sharp herb that’s between oregano and cedar, and the smell of orange blossom (I say smell because the flavor of the floral notes is buried by the other two). It doesn’t sound like a bad combo, but the ratios are totally off and the flavors don’t have any synergy.Grapefruit and elderberry? Delicious. Grapefruit and basil? Fantastic. Grapefruit and orange? Wonderful. Grapefruit and cedar? Not a thing.
