Endurance Products ENDUR Choline L(+) Bitartrate SR 300 mg, 200 Tablets

I’m not a vegan, however, I don’t eat meats or dairy as frequent as one should while pregnant to get the recommended choline amount. I consulted with my doctor who agreed that I take 300-450mg to meet the recommended daily amount of at least 450 of choline per day. Choline is an underrated supplement that expecting mothers should really take or ensure that they are getting an adequate amount- especially those who don’t eat as much or any animal products. I also had my FSA reimburse me after my doctor signed off. Highly recommend these due to the mg quantity and pills can be broken in half easily.

Can feel effects after taking. Looking for health improvements. Time will tell.

I ordered the pills pictured on the left a couple of months ago. The pills on the right just came. They look like a completely different product or perhaps like they’re missing the white coating that the first bottle I received had. The pills are more of a yellow color vs the original white pills and they appear to be breaking down in the bottle and have a white powder covering the pills. It makes me concerned to take them.

I was excited for this product now disappointed. Is this normal for your product to look like this and smell strong like chemicals? Terrified to try them now !!!

Very disappointed in the quality control. I opened the lid and the safety seal came off with with cap and inside was a powdery mess! Pills look brittle and broken. So many broken pills can’t overlook the defects. Returning. I expected better quality when I paid 2x the price of other viable options on the market.

This is my favorite choline. For a little bit, Amazon didn’t have it in stock and I had to switch to a different brand that tasted like fish and made my urine smell. It was super gross! Needless to say, once this brand came back to Amazon, I purchased immediately!

In one year I had a CT scan and MRI for different reasons. I noticed the findings mentioned the shadow of a fatty liver, of which neither doctor mentioned. So I started reading and decided to add some choline. I have also changed my diet to Dr. Westman's keto protocol which is known to correct a fatty liver. Articles I have read state added choline helps. Without diagnosis I cannot say if this product helped but I have no complaints with it. I intend to focus on getting choline through my diet and occasionally use this product to boost what I may be needing. THE LIVER HAS OVER 500 FUNCTIONS.........SO TAKE CARE OF YOURS!!
