The DK travel guides are so good- pocket sized, well illustrated, and arranged by useful themes or districts to visit. I especially value the how to get around bits, as that is always something of a problem in cities and and guidance is always valued as it helps reduce your costs as well. They have good indexes as well, to guide you to what you need. They are usually available for cities and countries, so always worth getting these before you go and doing a certain amount of study to get you off to a flying start

Lovely guide, well presented and nice imagery and graphics, easy to read on the plane there on or holiday and to refer to on a pinch. With the internet at hand it begs the question of if it's worth the high price tag and a lot of the information is freely available online, so if you can get it at a cheaper sale price (you can find it second hand for a fiver) it's then worth it for the ease of having all the information in one place in one easy guide/if you need a guide quickly or last minute or don't want to spend time researching online then this is the guide for you.

Similar to other guides from DK. You know what to expect from these books and this does not disappoint. Excellent quality. I also like these beeks as they are a great shape to fit into a pocket or bag. Not too heavy to carry around. Overall great.

First impressions do not disappointVery inspiring and descriptive book really impressive how it’s broken down into different areas particularly like the little maps with each areaOverall is a very easy read, very colourful inspirational. I think it’s a great advantage of having a big map in the back which is waterproof. Very impressive. Highly recommend anybody visiting really helped with Planning, not just for visiting for eating even has some phrases to learn impressed
