Great illustrations and touching story with Sedaris spin!

Got this for my granddaughter and not only does she love it but my grandson does too. Grandma for the win!

If you love David Sedaris, you’ll love this picture book. I literally squealed with delight the whole time I read it. The illustrations are fabulously unexpected and so clever, and the way David Sedaris injects perfectly-written macabre humor into nearly everything he does is once again evident in this gem!!

My husband and I LOVE David sedaris so of course we had to order his book for our kids. It’s such a silly fun read and I hope it’s a favorite for years to come.

I'll read anything by David Sedaris. This was great.
