SO I MADE PLANS TO GO OUT THAT SAT EVE. END UP CANCELING MY PLANS.....Update on delivery that was 9 stops away " Driver had to delivery few more packages before you , it will be there by 10 pm. So I chat with a real person on Amazon. They said they would contact driver and update said 1:45 it will be delivered. Next update 4:45 pm delivery. Wig didn't come till 7:15 pm . Only because I complained to customer service saying I was going to bed. I will not be ordering from Amazon any more. In that past week a spent nearly over 200 dollars on purchases for my business. Ground service delivery rated 3.0 and no I will not pay for overnight delivery.You got enough of my money and it said free shipping!!!!

This is a pre-plucked, 13x4, 8” bob wig and I must say I am impressed!!!! First, I got this wig on time, no hassle at all. It came in a great package that consists of two wig caps, the wig of course and a melt band. Second, The lace is definitely giving😍😍 the hair is sooo smooth and the bob cut is perfect ❤️. Its knots are small too and it blends beautifully with my skin. Usually wigs have a smell but one doesn’t and I love that about it. You guys should definitely get this. It’s worth the price!!!!! Where do I start this wig is not all the way human there is definitely synthetic hair blended In this wig.The cap is poorly structured ,it’s hard to get the flip off the ends .The wig actually burns due to the hair not being human. I don’t mind a synthetic wig but it need to say that when people are ordering.also I paid for 14in and was sent 12in. Not happy with this wig I look like Dora the explorer

From delivery to use was an epic disappointment. Poor quality and definitely not what I expected. I am so upset at the look and opportunities for styling.
