Just what I needed
Just what I needed to extend my light/motion bulb a little bit out of my porch fixture so it could detect properly. Seems good quality - no issues so far!

A little longer than I needed, a little lower current/power than I expected
I needed very slight extension, and I think this extended more than the 1.2in the description says but I don't remember the exact measurements.Also, it's only rated at 60W, which seems pretty low for something that is essentially something structural with two little bits of metal in between. I guess the problem is likely that it's made of plastic, so it cannot handle much heat.I kept it because it was cheap and could come in handy in the future, but it did not work for my project.

Does what it's designed for.
Works like a charm Installed in kitchen recessed ceiling lights to get the bulbs a bit further into the reflector cone, Does the job.

Solved my lighting problem
These saved the day. The smart lightbulbs I received as a gift were too “short” to be used in the kitchen and eating area. The rooms were too dim for my comfort. I found these and decided to give them a try. Now my rooms are brighter and I’m a happy camper.

They extend the socket
We switched to LED bulbs that we a bit shorter than the original incandescent ones. The LEDs didn't quite fit the fixtures. These did the trick.

Very handy
Well designed and easy to install.I bought these extensions so I could install modern LED floodlights into an existing outdoor light fixture. The new floodlights were shorter than the old incandescent lights , and would not fit. The extensions allowed the new lights to fit.I didn't know these extensions existed until I searched for them.They say indoor use only, but are so deeply recessed in the fixture, they're protected from the weather. No problem so far.
