Get your life back!
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I spend a lot of time helping patients find better habits in their diet and lifestyles to help achieve better health. This book did a phenomenal job laying out exactly that. In particular, focusing on alcohol use, Mike Hardenbrook, uses his own experience in tackling this behavior through his extensive research on both understanding the mind and how to re organize it.
