i bought this as my 7 year old daughter is going on a week end adventure trip with her school including rock climbing up a water fall kiaking ect, you get the picture and is going to get very very wet. this ruck sack is perfect size for her, i did ask in questions before i purchased to see if it would be ok size wise for her. aqnd was told possibley going to be too big, not at all i would say that it would be far to small for a adult as i was thinking of using it once she has been on her trip. but do not think i will as it would look a little bit silly on me, as it would be like having a,,,,,, to be honest cant think of any thing. but if i was pappa smurf it would be perfect as a adult ruck sack. tactical im not sure would run out of food and arminition very quickly. but having had my personal view on this ruck sack. i would highly recommend it i am certainly considering getting anouther for my 6 year old daughter and they can have them as school bags for all there gear = pe kit books pens and all there other girly things its perfect.there is plenty of straps and my main great thing about this is the fact there is a waist and chest strap and any ruck sack poor or good will always get 5 stars of me. as ruck sack with out these is not a ruck sack thats the only pet hate i have in my life is a so called ruck sack with out a chest and waist strap, is not a ruck sack and never will be.

Seems a good, sturdy, durable and adaptable bag. Suitable for my youngest's school use. Shame it's not the one I wanted when ordered though. There are 6 pictures with the description, 5 of which have clasps for the straps on the side which is what I thought I'd get, but the bag received has buckles that cannot be undone only tightened/loosened instead. Shame as I opted to pay more for this 30L bag as opposed to buy again the 35L one from a different company I bought for his older brother (..........which has been the only bag that has lasted his use!).Went for the smaller bag because he's a smaller child. Thought the extra money would mean a better product. Turns out I've paid more for less.

This bag literally just arrived today. It's a great bag. It looks great and is sturdy as hell. Only issue is that the zip on the main section came broken. See pic. No matter how many times I zip and unzip it the same hole appears in the same place

Giving it a 4 but haven't been out much with it yet so time will tell. Good size bag for daily use civvy or not.

This is ok but it's narrow,and stands out along way so can feel of balance, chambers are narrow needs carful pacing.

It's a nice little rucksack with emphasis on little. The straps have a tendency to become twisted. The zips are chunky and leave small gaps when closed, so I cannot see how this can be described as waterproof.

The backpack is great, if a little smaller than the pictures would suggest, but it's excellent quality with plenty of useful pockets for easy access. I do a lot of hiking and have found it sits nicely on my shoulders and doesn't rub against my back too much, even when carrying fairly heavy loads.

Straps over the shoulder and around the waist are not long enough,if your a biker like me once you have all your gear on them straps are to short,the waist band comes away from it's buckle if you give it a good pull ,the bag itself is very tough,room in bag is ok ,also could do with some high vis highlighted in parts
