Works just like the original remote
My dog destroyed the original remote and my system is older but it works just fine

Put the batteries in it and away we went. Great replacement for the damaged one.
Plug and play. Put the batteries in it and it worked from the start.

Disappointed with the Product Quality
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this product from Amazon, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. As you can see in the attached image, the remote control came cracked, which was really disappointing. I expected better quality and packaging. While the product itself might work, receiving it in such condition left me with a negative first impression. I hope the seller improves the packaging or quality control for future customers.

Will not allow setup/pairing mode
All buttons work individually but you cannot press multiple buttons to achieve desired effect. You cannot press the required buttons to allow setup/pairing mode on the bose 500 or 900.
