Good for walking
I brought one month back, it's good for walking.1) suitable for loafer shoes and safety shoes.2) thickness is good.3) light weight.Don't know about loafer shoe will enlarge / loose the shoe due to thickness of insole. No issues for lace type shoes.I don't have any issue of socks smell issue before the purchase. After that i didn't face that. I don't want to comment on that. I normally use jockey brand socks may be quality of the socks is the reason.For running it's not the best, I think so. If you want want for running then go for bubble type memory foam insole feels fresh everyday..

Comfortable but the heel part is too thick so makes your feet much higher and shoe fits tighter because of that
