Great Product
Ordered this product as soon as I found it, it was delivered the next day and my husband finally has some relief for his nasty nosebleeds. Great product!

Compact and easy to divide into two first aid bags.
It has been about a year since I had my last nose bleed, but at least now I can deal with it if it happens again. Dripping blood all over while bleeding is very emberassing at the least.

It really works!
It's essentially a flattened dried sponge that expands in contact with moisture, including blood. It's long enough to reach pretty far into the anterior nasal chamber, then you pinch your nose to let the sponge expand. Once expanded it puts pressure on the bleeding site and stops the bleeding fairly quickly.I have been troubled for many years with spontaneous nosebleeds that can be difficult to control. This product worked very well so I ordered more to put in my travel bag and around the house where I can access it quickly if a nosebleed should occur.

The Best!
They all work good, but Medineed works the best. Fast and painless. I use padded nose pinchers to hold the depressor in place for about 5 to 10 minutes. Lean forward to protect your clothes. Remove by gently rocking depressor away from bleed site, which is always against the bone. Pull out slowly with paper towels under nostrils as a clot might be attached. Reinsert with clean end of depressor, then pinch to hold again. Other nostril may have a clot. After about 15 minutes, hold the bleeding nostril closed, gently blowing the other one into a paper towel. Use a second depressor if needed and repeat the steps. Clean the inside of your nostril rims with damp tissues. I keep a spare box of Medineed, soft tissues, some paper towel sheets and a few nose pinchers in a sealed plastic bag inside my car console. Heat and stress can trigger a nose bleed in the car. Use paper towels as a bib to protect your clothes.

Truly a life saver
I’ve always had chronic nosebleeds, and living in a very dry and hot climate does not help. Starting in April, I was having nose bleeds almost daily for a month and I was getting ready to travel from the US to the EU. I was terrified of having another airport nosebleed with nothing to use, so I got these to keep on me, just in case.I ended up not needing one, but on a hike, my dad got a nosebleed and thankfully I had one of these on me! He kept it in for over an hour. Until then, if he tried to remove it, his nose would continue bleeding. This thing is super absorbent and prevented a big mess!

Would have preferred cotton/gauze material over the synthetic foam but they work
Would have preferred cotton/gauze material over the synthetic foam but they work. They do keep blood or dripping down to a minimal, especially while in bed so it doesn't end up on you or your pillow.
