Not a product I could recommend. Firstly, the buckle on one shoulder was sewn on upside down so that the strap could not be secured. Rather than a trip to UPS and waiting for another Corrector (a gift to another person), I removed the buckle and sewed it on correctly. Secondly, neither of us who tried it found it helpful or comfortable after an hour. My mistake. I should have returned it when I found such poor quality control. Will try to find another device.

Great product! Although I wish I looked like the models in the pics, I'm a good bit heavier :-) so I was a tad concerned that this Adjustable Posture Corrector by Vertebra might not fit my somewhat larger body; but it did! Yay! And since I have some difficulty sometimes with my range of motion, I was very pleased to find that this product is easy to put on and to take off. While I'm wearing it, my posture really is better and I have noticed that my occasional backache almost disappears as long as I have this on. I had been having a lot of neck and shoulder pain and was seeing a chiropractor weekly. When I received this I was skeptical. I have been wearing it daily for over a week now and my chronic pain level has gone from a 10 to about a 3. It works! Only negative: It not very comfortable, but I think that can be resolved by adjusting it properly.

This is trash. I wasted $12. It literally does nothing. DO NOT BUY. The other reviews are fake.

The main fact I love this product is that it's cheap and you can adjust it while wearing it. It's simple and effective.

This product is good. I never wear it when I'm not at home, so I don't know if you can wear it all the time comfortably. I mostly wear it when I'm reading. At first it was hard to figure out how to put it on, but once you figure out it goes on like a back pack, it's easy to put on, take off. It seems my shoulders/muscles are being trained to stay back now that I'm using it. I really like it.

Definitely encourages proper posture and is gentle rather than abrasive. I find it particularly helpful for long hours at a desk.
