Works good!

It’s very heavy. The part that goes behind your knee is wobbly with the extended pole doesn’t feel safe or sturdy. When doing hip thrusts the part your test back on rolls so I slipped it should have been a non moving part there. I threw box away because I believed this was a easy moving and good machine totally not worth the $

I workout from home and this is a great piece of equipment to have for a leg and glutes workout
