This is an amazing charm! I have had mine for over a month, I wore it EVERYDAY, however I did take it off to take showers! But I put it right back on right after my shower! I live in Arizona, so I carry a wet cloth on my right shower to use to wipe my face and neck to cool myself and this did not damage the charm or necklace! I LOVE IT! Sadly I lost the 'note' part of the charm, I was devastated! I tore my whole house up looking for the 'note', and I have still NOT found it! .. I cried and cried cuz this necklace my husband ordered it for me, and gave it to me, the envelope/note has a special meaning to the both of us, so when I realized I lost it I was crushed! Yes I checked many times to make sure the 'note' was still in it, and if course life happens and I went a day or two without checking it or realizing that I haven't check it either. UGH IT WAS HORRIBLE! .. I messaged them and told them what happened and asked if I could get the note part only to replace mine, and they offered to make it and send it to me at no charge! THAT IS FANTASTIC! .. So I have NO complaints about this product at all, I do have a suggestion, please create another one and make it to where the note is somehow permanently attached to the envelope and you can still take the note out and read it, then put it back in!

Great item. Looked very nice. Would be then better if you could have customized messages made for it and have it delivered in a very fast amount of time.

Its nice and the ol lady is pleased, but when i got it i had to fix the flap due to not being square. Also didnt come with the box chain pictured which factored in on the purchase. Pleased over all though.

Purchased this for our exchange student and it was super cute. Sturdy, good quality, didn’t look cheap designed and came packaged good too.

The necklace is rather nice. I wasn’t expecting the quality to be anything good. The customization was also really good. Just a little bit of the actual engraving shaving was left on the letter but came off after a swipe. You can also put emojis on the letter just in case your wondering. The basic box it came in was also very nice a blue pull out style with the necklace very nicely displayed. All in all a very good purchase and would highly recommend for your gf or SO.
