now i had to figure this one out because its chocolate and it becomes really thick if you use 1 scoop like they said, so here is what i do because i know every one's wondering how the heck to mix it or to use it without it looking like wall paper paste, 1 its great in shakes and coffee but only by the half scoop per serving so it says 1 scoop you want to spread that out during the day half a scoop day and half a scoop if you want before bed, for those of us who need to eat before bed this would be ideal. now you can go ahead with the half scoop and use it in a coffee an iced coffee is amazing to use it with specially if you are adding the hot coffee first then half a scoop of this then adding the milk or creamer shaking the day lights out of it then adding ice, or blending it in a blender with hot coffee then the rest. Another way i tried is an ice cream shake with adding some, however the full scoop serving is to much at once, with a full scoop sadly it comes out like wall paper paste! So be careful this isnt the fake protein powder this is the real stuff where a little goes a long long way! The chocolate flavor is really good in it so adding it to anything is perfect, just do what i do and measure out 1 scoop and use it all day long in your drink, coffee, if you make chai tea if you make a shake and use it as a substitute for your protein that day all day long! This is also great for those going out all day and you need a fast protein before your sugar crashes!

This Zahlers reach protein shake powder provides you with 25 grams of protein and 5.6grams of BCAA's and is 134 calories per serving.Makes a really great shake mixes very well and the flavors taste delicious, I have tried some of the other flavors and the Vanilla flavor is by far the best it tastes amazing!!I have been working out for the past 3 months now and have a protein shake after most of my workouts this really provides you with a great boost of protein This one digests at a fast absorption rate , which not only it help build muscle, but it also helps repair muscle immediately after a workout.My only issue with this is that it makes me very bloated after drinking the shake I have tried others in the past without getting bloated that is why i have to leave out the 5th star for this review.But other than that its really very tasty mixes very easily and I have seen some great results with this product!

This is the only one that I have purchased repeatedly. I tried different ones, thinking '..I'll definitely stick with this one..' on the first few days, but stopped drinking them. So far I have finished 3 tubs of this one and still going. I just love this one. It doesn't taste fake, even goes well when I test it with pea protein milk!

This is my fifth time purchasing this protein powder! As avid workout fiends (myself, a gym rat and my husband, a power lifter), we have tried close to every whey protein brand. About a year ago, I started having stomach issues when consuming the ON brand, my husband purchased. After some research and trying other brands (many of them were very expensive), this is IT going forward. The strawberry doesn't have a filmy pepto taste, it is a very pleasant flavor! Also, I appreciate there is natural sugar as the sweetener but the carb content maintains a low level. This is hard to find. I use 1.5 scoops with water or almond milk and it 'sticks to my ribs' for a few hours, even after a rigorous workout. I absolutely love this flavor/brand! I highly recommend to anyone. Especially those who have experienced stomach issues or weird flavors with other whey proteins. Buy this! :)

I've tried multiple whey proteins and this by far is the healthiest and tastier choice. Other companies add sucralose for flavor, stevia is used in the reach whey protein. It tastes so good you wish the cup never ended. I use it with coconut almond milk... this is my go to protein, I wouldn't dare buy anything else. So many proteins out there are filled with so many heavy metals, zahlers is one of the few companies I trust for my nutritional needs.thank you zahlers for this great product.

Great protein powder! I've been using whey protein drinks for years and this is by far the best. Mixes easily and tastes great. I never thought I would find a whey protein powder with kosher certification, but this one's got it! Highly recommended!

I am mixed about this product. The taste is decent and the price is great. I'm not a big fan of how thick it gets after shaking it up. After a work out a thick shake doesn't go down as easy as a glass of water would. The product did work really well and I feel it gave me a boost during workouts but they need to reduce the thickening agent.
