I have a Dell Alienware laptop, I see there are two converters for Dell laptops, I am not sure which tip to get?

We have converters for one brand in one pack so you don't need to choose the exact one. FYI, there are two major connectors for Dell laptops and we have both in the converter pack for Dell at the SlimQ brand store. Your Alienware laptop is covered.

I have a Machenike laptop for gaming and I don't seem to find the connector tip for my laptop, how to find it?

The Machenike brand (along with MECHREVO, THUNDEROBOT and Aftershock brands) are using standard 5.5x2.5 round barrel power connectors (make sure to double-check yours). This is provided from the included DC cable so there is no need for a converter.

I received the charger today, thank you, but the ordered converter for Lenovo is missing, could you check?

It's possible the converter tips have been shipped in different package. Sometimes, Amazon ship them in one package but sometimes in different packages. Please wait a bit longer if it does not arrive in 2 days.

I see the light flashes between blue and orange, what does it mean? (I lost the user manual so didn't look it up)

The light flashes quickly when the total load is close to 240W, to indicate the charger is close to its limit. It's a good practice to keep the charger (or any electronic device) working within its max capacity.

My Lenovo Legion requires a 230W adapter, does SlimQ 240W work for it?

Yes, it's essential to also get the SlimQ DC to Lenovo converter so the SlimQ charger can be properly recognized and used by your Legion as if it is the original Lenovo charger.
