Sensual Massage Made Simple is a wonderful book in a number of ways.First and foremost, Sensual Massage Made Simple is a great way to introduce yourself or a loved one to massage. Many people believe that massage is a difficult art to practice, something that can take years to master, but Gordon Inkeles, in Sensual Massage Made Simple, has proven them wrong again. I've never practiced massage previously, but after reading this book, I feel comfortable giving massages to my friends and family. Of course no book is a replacement for practice, but Sensual Massage Made Simple does a great job at teaching you what you need to know to get started and at answering the many technical questions that come up during your first few sessions.One thing to note is that, even though the book is marketed toward sensual massage, the strokes it teaches you are fundamental massage strokes that will work for any kind of massage.In addition to the great instructions, the book itself is stunning. This is simply Gordon Inkeles's most beautiful book to date; it's also his first book printed in all color (although it does have some fantastic B&W photography in it). The photographs he's chosen are truly works of art, and the printing quality is exceptional. It even goes great on a coffee table as an art book (as long as your guests aren't offended by some tasteful nudity).Overall, Sensual Massage Made Simple is wonderful massage book for beginners and it makes a great romantic gift. I highly recommend it.

overall good book showing many massage techneques. A quick read and good reference guide. Not very "sensual" just good pictures of nude people getting massages.

This book wasn't what i was expecting. i was expecting more instructions and "how to's", instead it just gives general tips for each area of the body. It was supposed to be a guide to sensual massage, but i literally learned nothing from the book. The naked people in the book makes sense since the type of massage is more sexual in nature.

The Sensual Massage Made Simple book by Gordon Inkeles, is written with a user-friendly clarity including demonstrative photography in each section of the book. It pays careful attention to detail, e.g. surrounding atmosphere, rhythm and pressure. I am reading the book like a cookbook with simultaneous practice on my laptop computer. The photography display is ultra-high quality via the Kindle software for Macbooks and IPads. It is truly a superior how-to book, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

This was a horrible book. Its like a naked picture book from 1970--the text explaining actual massage techniques definitely isn't the focus. Plus none of the people pictured are attractive...its very dated and looks like a guy resembling Tom Seleck is nude on every page. Don't waste your money on this book.

I've been a long time fan of Gordon Inkeles work. From his original book "The Art of the Sensual Massage" to his most recent book, "Sensual Massage Made Simple". In the same tradition Gordon has created a beautiful, elegant book that graciously guides you through each step of giving an sensual massage. It offers tips, techniques and uses attractive images and illustrations to visually convey this experience . The book takes you though each part of the body step by step. It's the best book I know of to share with your partner. I can't think of anything better than giving the gift of a sensual massage to your partner. If you're looking for a Valentines Day gift I'd recommend "Sensual Massage Made Simple."
