The product did absolutely nothing. The texture of the gummies is not like gummies and they are super sweet. They did not suppress my appetite at all no difference whatsoever. But the most I was disappointed in was it gave me absolutely not one gram of energy if anything it made me sleepy. So disappointed I really wanted this to work because it's easy to take. And there's no refund on these.

OK, like anything else you chew, swallow, ride or eat. You have to make changes. You can't eat processed foods so don't blame the gummies bc you didn't lose weight. My husband and I simply started eating fruit with every meal and choosing a very low sugar habit. I've lost inches and 8lbs in 2 weeks. I feel crazy good! My husband which is 90% more mobile than I, he's lost the "hand over belly" in 2 weeks, now when he raises his arms the belly goes up as well. He has crazy energy and our faces and necks are slimmer. He's lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. A little bit of advise with these.... when you do go out to eat, try sweetening your own iced tea or have water. Instead of a big burger and fries eat a pita or chicken nuggets. Whatever you do just remember this.... in 3 days your body will be craving fruit not chips as long as you get rid of it for 3 days. I thought these were gummies to help control your weight and they don’t work for weight loss.

I didn't have high hopes for this, but thought I'd give it a try. I follow a keto diet and thought this might aid in weight loss as I have plateaued. At first it seemed like it abated my appetite. But soon it didn't seem like it helped with that. They did taste good, or at least to me. But expensive gummies just to eat was not my goal. I should have know better, but thought I'd try it. Hope this saves someone else some money.

They help with good digestion for me. They taste good. Gave me some energy during the day. I liked the experience.

These are advertised as a weight loss product. I used them appropriately and there was no weight loss. I think if people feel the need to take ACV they can take it in liquid form or in capsule form and it will be less expensive.The flavor wasn't horrible. I feel the information was misleading. I would not purchase them in the future.

This product was taken for about 2 weeks. It began to cause nausea and not effective in weight loss. They would not allow me to return the product, so I was out $40. Appears to be a scam.
