Not a scuff or scratch on the product. Works exactly as expected. Battery life is also fairly long. E-ink screen means everything loads a bit slowly but that's to be expected and it doesn't affect reading which is the primary purpose.

Is it better than Kindle Colorsoft? May be or not. Since Kindle Colorsoft is yet to be released here since its release in October 2024 in US, happy using Kindle Scribe as of now.

Great product
Got this one for half the price!Very portable and the buttons are just so handy. I’m using this with a flip cover and it’s so lightweight and easy to hold.The only complaint is that the screen freezes often and the kindle becomes unresponsive. I have to do a hard reboot everytime this happens :(
