100% Works & Fits my Bike
This product seems to be high quality. I was able to attach to my Beach Cruiser seat easily. The post was a perfect fit (makes sure you know your size diameter; mine was 27.4 mm). The suspension absolutely softens bumps and provides a "shock absorber" type ride. It also is easier to adjust the seat level because it is better engineered compared to a stock seat post. Honestly, the only negative is the cost; it cost almost as much as my bike; but well worth it. I almost worry that someone will release the quick release and steal it. Hopefully it will "blend in" and go unnoticed to some crook.

If your 245ish purchase the “Kinect 2.1 xl2”
Price was a tad hefty but if your reading the reviews you have the coin for it. I got a trek allant ebike and when cruising the streets at 25 it hammers your rear pretty good if your not paying attention and don’t stand up in time. So bought this and first ride I was sold, it basically floats you. I never stand up anymore unless I’m hopping off a curb or something. It’s amazing and worth every penny imo. They have attentive customer service at Cirrus and responded to me fast. Which leads me to an important point. I got this model 2.1 which says 200-250 pounds. I am 245ish and it bottomed out just sitting on it so I think if your 200ish it’s perfect but if your closer to the top end of the weight like me get the Kinect 2.1 xl2 for riders up to 320. Its perfect for me and is what they recommend for me after I called them about it. After I fell in love with mine I got one for the wife and She was amazed by it after her first ride on her Electra 7d. It requires a bit above the seat post clamp on the seat post to allow for spring motion so if you or wifey is super short she may be on her toes when stopped so if your short u may want to call them and ask their opinion based on your bike and whatnot. Look up your seat post size in the specs on your bike and choose the right size then the right weight and Enjoy :)

The Ride -- You'll Remember; the Cost -- You'll Forget
This was purchased for a Giant e-bike to smooth the ride. As a fairly expensive seatpost, expectations are high. Does the Kinekt deliver? Yes, it does, but not perfectly. Its build quality is excellent and design well implemented.INSTALL: Available in an assortment of length, diameter, and weight ratings, the device is very specific for the bicycle and the rider. The post has easy-to-read light color markings for post height and similar marked calibration for saddle tilt. Installation and saddle swaps are very quick and precise.RIDE: The ride is decidedly smoother on the Giant hardtail e-bike. Previously, small bumps were sufficient cause to lift ones self from the saddle; now that's unnecessary. When riding over larger bumps, it's in your bike's best interest to lift your weight from the saddle. The only con or what you must get used to, is "spring bounce" during higher cadence. Pedal rpm over 85 is bouncy. Perhaps a shock absorber would solve the problem? In summary, I'm delighted with my purchase. Longer rides are more enjoyable. It's a very good upgrade for a hardtail.

Definitely makes a bumpy street much smoother.
The media could not be loaded. Recently purchased an electric bike. The bike is great but I felt it could use a little improvement with suspension. A friend of mine suggested trying a suspension seat post. I went on the Internet and did a little research and based upon my findings decided to purchase the Kinekt 2.0. It turned out to be a great find. It was easy to install and adjust to my riding comfort level. Now bumps are minimal and the bike ride is much more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Awesome smooth ride and addition to my new Como 5.0 eBike!
This is a great addition to my new Como 5.0 ebike. I rode the new Como on a 1st ride 18 mi and realized the KINEKT 2.1 Alum Seatpost Suspension would help my non cushioned bottom side on long rides. My Como 2nd, 3rd, 4th ride with the suspension has been a much more comfortable ride than original std seat post. I had to drill a 1/8 in hole in the post to pull the wires for the red tail light mounted on the std seat. It all worked great, still have the std nice Como 5.0 seat/red light with the awesome KINEKT 2.1 Suspension. I am 165lbs so bought the suspension for my weight range worked perfect no adjustments needed to the springs.

Over priced for what it is and what it does
Yes it works like it is made to do, but you are paying through the nose for it.There is nothing earth shattering about its performance. It is simply the same thing as a car suspension without the shock absorbers used in them. The geometry is pretty standard easy peasy stuff to work out.But it is made with quality, seems to be durable enough, but only time will tell, I maen where is the proof that it is going to keep working, where are the standard testing conclusions, yes it works but for how long? Also filling my email inbox with demands to leave a review just sucks, my life doesn't revolve around a seat post gizmo that does what it is supposed to do that costs more than its actually worth, its over priced.

Over Priced
It's just a Spring Suspension that just doesn't have the travel or the compliance of an air shock. It's way over priced and they charge $15 extra for a cover and another $15 for a tool less adjustment knob. I bought it for $212 on sale vs $250 and I still feel like I paid too much. It does take the edge off of small bumps. I would have bought the Redshift shocktstop Seatpost Suspension instead but it only comes in 27.2mm and you have to get shims if have a wider seat post.

Oplossing probleem met onderrug.
Werkt zoals het hoort Ideaal voor (oudere) persoon met onderrug probleem. Brede banden (minstens 47mm,) en deze kinekt, in combinatie met goed zadel lossen voor mij het probleem op!
